If only Australia allowed for morph shipping to the us... I've wanted a Blue tongue (maybe two?) In (seperate) vivarium enclosures for so long and yours are the most beautiful in the world.. I love genetics! Awesome video!

Now if we can’t tell out of the 3 het albinos are 66% are they just possible until proven? How do you find the 2 out of 3 are 66%? If they visually the same

Was sat trying to sex a blue tongue skink, following along with the video trying each method as shown...until bro suggested I wank off the blue tongue. Straight back into the enclosure, that's enough of that for today.

My Dad bought one for me as a kid, I'm 57 now. Bluey as anyone would call her was affectionate and a much loved pet of ours back in the 70s. Initially Dad wouldn't touch her, thinking she looked too much like a snake, but became so attached to her that one night I found him watching TV in bed, Bluey stretched out on his belly just under the sheets, quite content. I've always wanted to get another.

USA here I plan on getting into easterns in the near future, it’s too bad we’ll probably never get white sided here but my quest for hypos albinos and melanistics while hard will be fun because there are a few out here

Make sure to not keep these mutations only in the eastern realm. Outcross them to northerns and even some indos. It will only help add extra health and vigor to the animals

Love the work your doing. When do you think captive bred Blue Tongues (Talequa) will be available in the US. I want a gold field Teliqua regosa and some Alpine blotchys. Austrailians could make a fortune. Aussie reptiles skinks, pythons, monitors are coolest of all. I have a passtle of Ackies. Cary in Tucson

These lizards are expensive enough but I am sure the morphs will drive their prices through the roof. It seems like breeders are no stranger to greedy capitalism. An exotic pet retail store owner in my area told me this blaming breeders for the high retail prices.

When I was about 12-13 yrs old, I saw a pair of shinglebacks under our house, walking along the inside wall near my father tool bench. I had never seen those particular type of lizard before and this was about 1970 in Murwillumbah NSW,. My mother, who I called to see them said they were ‘bobtail’ lizards and she had seen that type before in the area but not for some years. As far as I have been able to ascertain, they were never found in the area according to any species maps I have ever seen. I suppose its possible they were brought in by someone but this was farming land and we had no neighbours interested in lizards etc and my mother had seen some years ago when much younger herself. I think the species maps are wrong and they were found in that area at some time in the past.

You can see these in my city just lounging around in the sun or slithering in the dirt and mountain trails. I saw a reddish light yellow one the other day, never seen that color before. They're usually just your basic color so when I saw it that red color I had to look it up haha, it was small though so probably a baby.

I’m assuming then that if you cross the lava and snow eventually throughout the line you will get something that will resemble a leucistic right? The anery would in theory get rid of most if not all oranges and yellows and Eye color of that triple gene animal would be either red or black. Wish I had to gene to do it but in question both snow and lava came out with red eyes yet both regular anery and melanistic have black eyes.
